Day 0: Arrival – Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Begin your adventure as you arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, where your personal driver will warmly welcome you. You’ll be transferred to the elegant Arusha Serena Lodge to unwind after your flight. Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay on a half-board basis, preparing for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before departing for Tarangire National Park. Known for its iconic baobab trees and large herds of elephants, this park offers a remarkable introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife. Explore the park with thrilling game drives and a picnic lunch. Later, travel to Kitela Lodge, a haven of relaxation and luxury, for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tarangire to Central Serengeti Park
Today after breakfast you will start a 4hrs’ drive with picnic lunch to Central Serengeti National Park, we will break for lunch before getting to Serengeti for an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti National Park is the last largest animal refuge as it contains an estimated three million large animals most of which take part in seasonal migration that is one of the nature’s wonders. Drive to Kubu Kubu Luxury Camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight on full board basis
Day 3: Full Day Central Serengeti
Full day game drives in Central Serengeti with picnic lunch boxes. The lush plains of Serengeti have made it an ideal home to wildlife for millions of years. This ancient ecosystem continues to thrive, and wildebeests, zebras, gazelles and giraffes are often seen grazing in herds. This is one of the best places in the world to spot lions dozing in shade. Also leaping after a marked prey or gnawing off a share of their hunt. Dinner and overnight at Kubu Kubu Luxury Camp on full board basis
Day 4: Central Serengeti to Ndutu Area
Breakfast then drive to Southern Serengeti (Ndutu Area) with packed lunch for game drives. You will drive to Southern Serengeti(Ndutu Area) for game drive. Consisting mainly of sweeping grasslands, the Ndutu area in the southern part of the Serengeti joins the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As such, it forms part of the annual migratory route of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebra, antelope and their predators who come to graze and calve between November and March, depending on the rains. The forests around Lake Ndutu and small kopjes are also home to prolific resident wildlife. You will have a full day of game drives here and see the predators in action. Later afternoon drive to Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight on full board basis
Day 5 & 6: Full Days in Ndutu Area
Stunned by the previous days spotting of the migration, today you get another chance to view the beautiful wildlife spectacle. The Ndutu region is a part of the glorious Serengeti National Park as well as the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). Heading out for a full-day game drive after breakfast, today you will be following the migration depending on its location in either NCA or Serengeti. During game drives at the right season between December and April, you will be able to see the fertile plains turn into calving grounds and nursery for the migration. This season attracts hordes of predators prying on vulnerable young wildebeest. Watching the circle of life takes its course will be an unforgettable experience etched for life. The action-packed game drive will end late in the evening by around 5 PM. You will now head towards your choice of accommodation, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits you. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp
Day 7: Ndutu to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today we will have a half day game drive in Ndutu Area then after lunch we will drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge on full board basis
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Breakfast then descend into the Ngorongoro caldera in the morning to view the wildlife on the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is often called “Africa’s Eden” and the “8th Natural Wonder of the World”. A massive extinct volcano, the sheet walls drop thousands of feet on the verdant floor below. Large herds of zebra, buffalo, antelope and wildebeest graze nearby while sleeping lions laze in the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhino returns to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-laden grass in the morning mist. Later afternoon ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha and dropped off at your hotel in Arusha. End of Services
